Ancient Order of United Workmen papers 1887-1921

The AOUW Papers consist of the meeting minutes, financial records, and membership rolls of the AOUW Grand Lodge of Guthrie Oklahoma, all dating from 1900-1902. Also included among the papers is a photograph of the casket of Father J. J. Upchurch, the organization's founder, as he lay in state at the Masonic Hall in St. Louis, Missouri, 23 January 1887.
